About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Female Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with prospective real estate customers.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
- Stay updated on local property market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.




- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Professional attitude with good client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with calling, meetings, and property site visits.
- Knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh real estate market will be an advantage.
