About Repowerd 20,000 – 40,000/month (Fixed + Incentives; negotiated based on profile & experience) Repowerd is a growing consumer electronics and mobile accessories brand focused on high-quality chargers, cables, power banks and everyday technology products. We are expanding our offline retail and distribution network across Delhi NCR and are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us grow our market presence.

About the Role This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships and generating business. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing retailers, dealers, wholesalers and distributors across Delhi NCR. This is not a telecalling-only or desk-based role. You will spend significant time in the market meeting customers, generating orders and developing new business

Key Responsibilities:

1. • Identify and approach new retailers, dealers, wholesalers and distributors
2. • Visit mobile accessory shops, electronics stores and other relevant customers across Delhi NCR
3. • Introduce Repowerd products and communicate product benefits, pricing and margins
4. • Generate new customer accounts and convert prospects into active customers
5. • Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets
6. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
7. • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions and repeat orders
8. • Identify new markets, territories and business opportunities
9. • Track competitor brands, pricing, products and market activity
10. • Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfilment and customer requirements
11. • Maintain daily sales,



customer and market visit reports
12. • Contribute to expanding Repowerd's offline distribution network

What We Are Looking For

1. • 1–5 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, B2B sales or business development
2. • Experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG, electrical products or retail distribution is preferred
3. • Experience dealing with retailers, dealers, distributors or wholesalers is an advantage
4. • Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
5. Confident approaching new customers and generating business independently
6. • Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based goals
7. • Comfortable travelling extensively within Delhi NCR
8. • Two-wheeler preferred
9. • Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred

Most Importantly

We are looking for someone who can sell, not just make visits. If you can walk into a new shop, start a conversation, understand the customer's requirement, pitch the right product, handle objections and close an order, this role is for you.

Compensation 20,000 – 40,000/month Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's profile, experience and previous performance.

The compensation structure will consist of Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives. Strong performers can significantly increase their monthly earnings through incentives.
