About Exovo

Exovo Car Studio is a growing car wash, detailing and paint-protection brand serving customers in Noida. We offer professional vehicle-care services along with convenient subscription plans and a customer rewards program.

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can take Exovo directly to customers through apartment societies, residential communities and corporate offices across Noida.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new customers and subscription sales through offline activations.

You will:

Identify high-potential apartment societies, residential communities and corporate offices around Noida.

Approach RWAs, facility managers, corporate administration teams and other decision-makers to obtain permission for Exovo activation camps.

Plan and conduct promotional kiosks, weekend camps and vehicle-care activation events.

Explain Exovo’s car-wash services, subscription plans, rewards and promotional offers to prospective customers.

Demonstrate the value and savings of different subscription options and help customers select an appropriate plan.

Capture customer leads digitally using a smartphone/tablet and maintain accurate follow-up information.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert leads into subscriptions.

Encourage customers to visit the Exovo studio and experience our services.

Build relationships with societies and offices to create repeat activation opportunities.

Track daily leads, activations,



conversions and subscription sales.

Coordinate with the Exovo operations and marketing teams on campaigns and offers.

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a good fit if you:

Enjoy meeting and talking to current people.

Are confident approaching customers and explaining products face-to-face.

Have an interest in cars, bikes or automotive services.

Are comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic computer applications.

Can communicate confidently in Hindi and basic English.

Are comfortable working in the field across Noida.

Are willing to work weekends, when residential activations are most effective.

Are self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets.

Freshers with the right attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in field sales, automobile services, memberships, subscriptions, events, retail promotions, credit cards, telecom or residential-society activations is an advantage but not mandatory.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will primarily be based on:

Societies/offices activated → Leads generated → Studio visits → Subscription conversions → Repeat activations

The role is not just about distributing flyers. We want someone who can own an activation from identifying the location through converting customers.

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and capability.

Plus performance incentives linked to subscription sales and activation results.

Strong performers will have opportunities to grow into Senior Sales Executive / Activation Lead roles as Exovo expands.
