- Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day desktop, laptop, printer and basic IT support to staff and teachers.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows, software, drivers, LAN and basic networking issues.
- Handle basic hardware troubleshooting, system setup and maintenance.
- Provide basic support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, viewing systems and cabling.
- Monitor CCTV system functionality and coordinate for repairs or replacements when required.
- Assist with IT equipment installation, shifting and maintenance within the school.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment and service issues.
- Attend staff IT support requests promptly and ensure issues are properly resolved.




- Coordinate with external vendors for CCTV, networking, hardware and other technical requirements when required.
- Follow school IT security, safety and operational procedures.
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of Windows, desktops/laptops, printers and networking.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, cameras and LAN cabling.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in IT, Computer, Electronics or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a school, office or similar environment will be an advantage.
- Should be willing to handle both IT support and basic CCTV-related work.
- Timings: 8 am to 4/5pm
