We are hiring Sales Managers for leading life insurance companies across KOLKATA, HOWRAH, HOOGHLY for both Agency/APC/IM channels. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term, rewarding career in the life insurance industry with a stable and reputed organization.

WE ARE HIRING AT TWO LEVELS:

1. Sales Manager | 1 to 2 years experience | Salary 2.5 - 4.0 LPA + incentives

- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales / field sales / marketing from any sector (insurance, banking, FMCG, telecom, real estate, automobile, retail, etc.)

2. Assistant Branch Manager | 2+ years experience | Salary 4.0 - 8.0 LPA + incentives

- Must have 2-5 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector - Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services

HIRING ACROSS KOLKATA, HOWRAH, HOOGHLY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive sales of life insurance products through the TEAMs, Partners and associates

- For Agency: recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors / agents

- For APC: build strong relationships with partners and drive insurance sales through them

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

- Ensure business quality, policy persistency,



and customer satisfaction

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates who have handled a sales team, field team, or bank relationships will be preferred

- Must be a local candidate of the city applied for - living there for at least 2 years, with strong knowledge of the local market

- Graduate in any discipline

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

- Own two-wheeler preferred

Ideal candidates come from roles such as: Sales Manager, Agency Manager, ADM, Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Officer, Territory Manager, or similar BFSI sales roles.
