About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and generating sales opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, and features to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate leads and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling,



telesales, BPO, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
