Job DescriptionFlatsIndia™ is looking for a Business Development Executive to support our growing real estate business through calling, lead generation and property owner onboarding.
The role involves connecting with property owners, understanding their requirements, generating genuine property inventory and coordinating with the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to property owners and potential clients.
- Identify and generate new property leads through calling.
- Understand property details, owner requirements and transaction expectations.
- Onboard genuine property owners and properties onto FlatsIndia™.
- Collect and maintain accurate property and owner information.
- Follow up with owners regularly for availability, pricing and updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding newly onboarded properties.
- Generate buyer/tenant leads and qualify their requirements.
- Schedule property visits and connect relevant clients with the Sales Team.
- Maintain daily calling, lead and follow-up records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Requirements1–2 years of experience in Calling, Business Development, Sales or Real Estate preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
- Confident communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good convincing, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
