- We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive to generate new customer enquiries and convert them into site visits and interior projects.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups and customer status.
- Develop relationships with property dealers, brokers, builders, architects, contractors and housing societies.
- Identify recent local marketing opportunities for generating interior leads.
- Coordinate with the sales/design team to move leads towards quotations and orders.
- Achieve monthly targets for leads, site visits and sales.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities.
