- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pool for current and future IT requirements.
