Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

- Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of work as per drawings, plans, and instructions.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work updates.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate for site requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.




- Identify and report site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
- Manage manpower and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Requirements2–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, civil, infrastructure, telecom, or utility projects.
- Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower handling.
- Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a field/site setting.
