Tefty is a young, founder-led brand from Bengaluru building a beauty brand. We're a small team, which means every idea gets heard and every post you create shapes how the brand is seen. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just work for us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern who can turn our brand story into scroll-stopping content. You'll work directly with the founders across content, influencers, events and brand building, with real ownership from day one. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating, is curious about what's trending, and is excited to build a brand from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Strategy

- Create content aligned with our content pillars across Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories

- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that go beyond templates: trends, formats and storytelling angles that make the brand stand out

- Shoot, edit and post content on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms

- Write captions, hooks and copy that match the brand voice

Content Calendar & Planning

- Build and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and key dates

- Ensure content goes out on time and stays consistent across platforms

- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and use insights to improve content

Research & Trends

- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, audio and platform updates

- Research competitors and category brands to find content opportunities and gaps

- Bring a regular pipeline of current ideas to the founders

Influencer Outreach

- Identify relevant creators and influencers (nano, micro and macro) who fit the brand

- Handle outreach, follow-ups, briefs and product seeding





- Maintain an influencer tracker and coordinate deliverables and timelines

Launch Events & Offline Activations

- Plan, coordinate and execute product launch events, pop-ups and brand activations

- Manage vendors, logistics, guest lists and on-ground content capture

- Accompany the founders to offline events, exhibitions and brand promotions

Founder-Led Content

- Help build the founders' personal brands on Instagram and LinkedIn

- Script, shoot and edit founder-voice videos and posts

- Turn founder stories, insights and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging content

Brand Building

- Work closely with the founders on brand positioning, campaigns, packaging, website content and community building

- Support other brand and marketing initiatives as the business grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

- Graduate degree in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, Design or Media preferred)

- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing (agency, brand, freelance or strong personal pages all count)

- Impeccable written and spoken communication skills in English

- Hands-on skills in editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere or Lightroom

- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video

- A portfolio of content you've created or managed

Good to have

- Experience with D2C, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands

- Photography or product shoot experience

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic analytics

- Existing connections in the creator/influencer community
