You will be mainly accountable for: Highly motivated self-driven engineers to work independently on R&D; projects related to ELSB NEMA product line. Must have good understanding of product development lifecycle and have hands-on expertise on product development activities including design, testing, analysis, root cause, qualification, and certification. Hands-on experience of simulation tools like Ansys to cut short the product development cycle and optimization of products is a plus. Understanding of structural, thermal, electromagnetic, computational fluid dynamics will be an added advantage along with exposure to current interruption process. Demonstrates sound understanding of R&D; processes and tools. Demonstrate ownership on compliance with applicable standards.
