Position: Sales Executive – Surya Ghar / Residential Solar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 1–3 Years

? Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for residential rooftop solar projects.

• Connect with homeowners and understand their electricity/solar requirements.

• Explain solar solutions, benefits, pricing, ROI, and available government subsidy schemes.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits for requirement assessment.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams for site survey, installation, documentation, and commissioning.

• Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and customer records.

.Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.

? Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Solar / Rooftop Solar / Residential Sales / Renewable Energy.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for customer meetings and site visits.
