01-General Duties:-

Oversee and supervise division activities to meet company’s objective, Report all activities, Sales results to HOD.

02-Company, Policy, Plan & Strategy:-

· Assist to HOD and help to develop & formulate company policy, Plans, strategy to lead company to achieve company objective.

· Established annual budgeting requirement for technical manpower, facilities & equipment.

· Provide monthly Planning, forecast for sales.

Manage schedule with your colleague and seniors.

03-Sales & Marketing:

· Plan & implement strategy to achieve sales and marketing objective.

· Identify potential customer and market, Supervise & direct sales team towards meetings to given objective.





· Responsible for achieving overall team and own sales targets.

04-Develop new Markets:

· Conduct market survey to identify customers’ needs and market potential.

· Source for current product sales in new segments.

· Expand customer vase in PAN India level.

05-Contract Negotiation with makers & Customers:-

· Negotiate with external supplier, Agency and customer to obtain best term for equipment sales.

· Prepare tender documents for sales matters.

06-Attend to customer enquiries, co-ordinate outstanding issues for solving matter in smooth way.

· Attend sales enquiries and generate quotation for equipment sales and other services.
