Role & responsibilities

Process Banking Process

Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages

Education:

Graduate Freshers and above

Languages: Fluent in English and in Hindi/Bengali/Oriya

Rounds:HR,Versant and Ops Manager Rounds.

Work Days: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

Shifts :

Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.

Locations: Chennai – Direct walk-in - virtual for outstation candidates

Salary: ₹21.5K CTC

Shift: 7 AM–12 AM window | 9 hrs rotational shift
