Coordinate and arrange manpower recruitment and deployment for various client sites.
Conduct site visits to monitor operations and manpower availability.
Monitor and verify employee attendance, punctuality, and shift deployment.
Coordinate with site supervisors and employees for smooth manpower operations.
Follow up on employee joining, replacement, absenteeism, and manpower shortages.
Prepare and maintain field visit reports, attendance updates, manpower status, and other MIS reports.
Ensure proper communication and coordination between clients, employees, site teams, HR, and operations.
Handle other field and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
