MKF TRUST is hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads from our Kompally, Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Facebook & Instagram Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.
- Manage WhatsApp lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor daily ad spend and campaign performance.
- Optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.
- Test audiences, creatives and ad copies.
- Analyze lead quality and conversions.
- Work closely with the CRM and telecalling team.
- Coordinate with video editors for advertising creatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly campaign reports.
- Manage Meta Pixel, GA4 and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Must have personally managed paid advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of campaign optimization and analytics.
- WhatsApp lead-generation experience preferred.
- Experienced candidates only.
- Work From Office in Kompally, Hyderabad.
