We are looking for a Factory Supervisor for our Stone Laminates Export Finishing Unit.

Job Responsibilities:• Supervising daily cleaning, repairing, and finishing work of stone laminate sheets

• Ensuring export-quality finishing and quality inspection

• Supervising packing in wooden pallets for export shipments

• Coordinating dispatches for export and local deliveries

• Handling labour/workers and maintaining shop floor discipline

• Maintaining daily production, packing, and dispatch records

• Coordinating with the office team for smooth operations

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in a factory, warehouse, export unit, or stone industry preferred

• Valuable leadership and record-keeping skills

• Candidates residing near Prahladpura Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur will be given priority

• Immediate joining preferred

हमारे स्टोन लेमिनेट्स एक्सपोर्ट फिनिशिंग यूनिट के लिए फैक्ट्री सुपरवाइजर की आवश्यकता है।

कार्य:• स्टोन लेमिनेट शीट्स की दैनिक सफाई, रिपेयरिंग एवं फिनिशिंग कार्य की निगरानी करना





• एक्सपोर्ट क्वालिटी के अनुसार गुणवत्ता की जांच करना

• एक्सपोर्ट हेतु लकड़ी के पैलेट्स में पैकिंग कार्य की निगरानी करना

• एक्सपोर्ट एवं लोकल डिस्पैच का समन्वय करना

• लेबर/वर्कर्स का प्रबंधन एवं शॉप फ्लोर पर अनुशासन बनाए रखना

• दैनिक उत्पादन, पैकिंग एवं डिस्पैच का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना

• ऑफिस टीम के साथ समन्वय कर कार्य को सुचारु रूप से संचालित करना

योग्यता एवं प्राथमिकता:

• फैक्ट्री, वेयरहाउस, एक्सपोर्ट यूनिट या स्टोन इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता

• सुपरविजन एवं रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करने का अनुभव

• प्रह्लादपुरा इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया, सीतापुरा, जयपुर के आसपास रहने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी
