HR Manager – Recruitment & People Operations

About the Role

INFINITE is a premium home interiors and furniture business, and we are looking for an HR Manager who can build and manage our people function as we scale.

This is not a routine HR administration role. You will take ownership of recruitment, employee performance, people processes, training and building a strong, accountable team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Design, Execution and Support functions.
- Build a continuous pipeline of quality candidates.
- Source candidates through multiple channels and actively headhunt suitable talent.
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure timely hiring against business requirements.

Performance Management

- Create and implement JDs, KRAs and KPIs.
- Establish regular performance reviews.
- Track employee performance and identify gaps.
- Work with managers on training, improvement plans and accountability.

Employee Management

- Own onboarding and induction.
- Handle employee concerns, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
- Build a professional, performance-oriented work culture.

HR Systems & Processes

- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.




- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR reports.
- Prepare regular HR dashboards for management.
- Identify people-related issues before they become business problems.

Training & Development

- Identify training requirements.
- Organise employee training and development programs.
- Help employees understand their roles, expectations and growth paths.

What We Are Looking For

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
- Graduate degree; MBA/PG in HR is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong recruitment and talent-acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of performance management and employee relations.
- Comfortable working in a growing SME environment.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently rather than waiting for instructions.
- Experience in retail, interiors, furniture, real estate, construction, hospitality or other fast-growing businesses is preferred.
