- Accountant – Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal and Contra vouchers.
- Manage GST activities including sales/purchase data, GST reconciliation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and related workings.
- Prepare TDS workings, deduction details, payment and return-related documentation.
- Handle ESI & PF monthly workings, employee deductions and statutory payment records.
- Assist in Income Tax (IT) workings, including data preparation, reconciliations and coordination with auditors/consultants.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile customer/vendor ledgers.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, debit notes, credit notes and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory compliance.




- Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks, auditors and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
- Handle professional email drafting and correspondence with customers, vendors and management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through email, phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI & PF
- Knowledge of Income Tax workings
- Good MS Excel skills
- Positive accounting and reconciliation skills
- Good email drafting and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with customers, vendors and statutory consultants
