Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Experience: Up to 4 Years

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Sector 142 Corporate Park, Noida

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.

* Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor team performance.

* Handle sales activities and ensure achievement of targets.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and potential clients.

* Guide team members throughout the sales process.

* Maintain sales reports, trackers, and daily performance updates.

* Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and team productivity.

* Ensure a smooth client experience from lead generation to closure.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales/team handling preferred.

* Solid communication and negotiation skills.

* Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

* Target-oriented and confident personality.

* Candidates with relevant real estate experience are preferred.
