- Minimum 10th/12th qualification.
- Previous pest-control experience is preferred, but freshers can be considered.
- Basic knowledge of pest identification and pest-control methods.
- Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides and chemicals.
- Ability to operate pest-control equipment such as sprayers, traps, and bait stations.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work at different customer locations.
- Ability to follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and reporting procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule when required.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
