Role Overview

We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor who combines strong storytelling and editing skills with hands-on experience using cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools. You will manage the full post-production lifecycle—from cutting raw footage and adding motion graphics to automating repetitive tasks and generating synthetic B-roll. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy editor who wants to scale output velocity and push the boundaries of modern digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit & Polish: Assemble raw footage into engaging short-form or long-form videos using industry-standard software.
- Leverage AI Generation: Use AI tools for generating visual assets, synthetic B-roll, realistic voiceovers, and automated transcriptions or captions.
- Optimize Workflows: Build and refine end-to-end production pipelines to remove manual bottlenecks in rough cuts, color grading, and audio balancing.
- Platform Adaptation:



Tailor final assets for social media and performance marketing channels (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads).
- Stay Current: Continuously test emerging AI video technologies and creative workflows to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Traditional Proficiency: Hands-on experience with editing suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- AI Tool Fluency: Familiarity with AI video and generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, or ElevenLabs.
- Storytelling Instincts: Solid sense of pacing, hook creation (first 3 seconds), sound design, and visual rhythm.
- Portfolio Requirement: A strong showreel or active portfolio demonstrating both traditional editing craftsmanship and AI-assisted creative projects.
