? Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits and sales activities.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Pitch products/services to prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular client visits,



meetings, and sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, distributors, and business clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to drive orders and repeat business.
- Implement marketing and sales activities within the assigned area.
- Work towards achieving monthly and assigned sales targets.
- Share relevant market feedback and customer requirements with management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Candidate with minimum 5 years of field/B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, convincing, and lead-conversion skills.
- Experienced in client meetings, field visits, distributor handling, and sales follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field travel.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid two-wheeler driving license.

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, as per skill & experience
- Incentives: ₹40,000+ as per performance
