Position: Bar Tender

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

Minimum Experience Required: 6 months

Role OverviewThe Bar Tender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and following hygiene and safety standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter and storage areas.
- Check and restock bar inventory (ice, garnishes, glassware, beverages, etc.).
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Interact with guests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations.
- Prevent wastage and ensure proper portion control.
- Report breakages, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of beverages and basic cocktails.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rapid-paced environments.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of POS/Billing (preferred).
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
