- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Visit markets and merchants with the team to drive customer acquisition.
- Promote and sell Sound Box, QR codes, and digital payment solutions to merchants.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand merchant coverage.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and daily field activity.
- Train new team members on product features, sales techniques, and merchant handling.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, onboarding, and device activation as per company guidelines.
- Follow up with merchants for Sound Box installation, activation, and usage.
- Track competitor activities, market feedback, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Resolve basic merchant issues and coordinate with internal support teams when required.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
