### Kiosk Operations & Customer Service Executive

**Helmet Cleaning Kiosk**

**Locations:** Petrol bunks, supermarkets, hospitals, colleges, mall premises, and weekend drives at gated communities

**Job Type:** Full-time, in office; presence at the kiosk is required throughout assigned shifts

**Education:** 10th or 12th pass

**Experience:** Freshers welcome, or 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. Full training will be provided.

### Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused executive to manage our automated helmet cleaning kiosk. As the face of our company at the location, you will welcome customers, explain our services, help them choose a suitable cleaning package, and ensure the kiosk stays clean and operational. You will also work at weekend helmet cleaning drives at gated communities.

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Customer Service & Sales

- Welcome customers and explain the benefits of helmet cleaning and sanitisation.

- Demonstrate how the kiosk works and help customers select a cleaning package on the touchscreen.

- Recommend premium services based on customer needs.

- Promote services proactively to support daily sales.

- Attend weekend drives at gated communities, engage with residents, and assist them with helmet cleaning services.

#### 2. Kiosk Operations & Upkeep

- Wipe the helmet’s exterior with wet or dry wipes before placing it in the machine, as instructed during training.

- Monitor sanitiser, cleaning solution,



and perfume levels, and refill them as required.

- Keep the machine and surrounding kiosk area clean, neat, and presentable.

- Be punctual and remain at the kiosk throughout assigned shift hours, coordinating with the supervisor for breaks or coverage so the kiosk is not left unattended.

#### 3. Basic Technical Support & Coordination

- Check the machine’s operating condition daily and monitor error messages or unusual behaviour.

- Report faults or breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.

- Coordinate with the machine supplier’s technical team for troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.

- Carry out only the basic operating and maintenance tasks covered in training.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- **Education:** Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass candidates are also welcome.

- **Language:** Clear communication in the local language. Knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.

- **Customer service:** Ability to explain services simply and interact politely with customers.

- **Technical comfort:** Basic familiarity with smartphones and touchscreen devices.

- **Personal qualities:** Active, punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.

- **Availability:** Willingness to work at weekend drives at gated communities.
