India IVF Fertility is looking for an experienced Center Head to lead the overall operations and performance of our center.

? Location: Vasant Lok, New Delhi

? Salary: ₹65,000 CTC per month

? Experience: 2+ years in Healthcare / Hospital / IVF Center Operations

?️ Working: Full time

?️ 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day center operations

• Lead and coordinate clinical and non-clinical teams

• Monitor center performance, productivity, and targets

• Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality

• Handle patient concerns and escalations effectively

• Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Doctors,



and Management

• Monitor inventory, facilities, and administrative requirements

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes

• Prepare and review operational reports

Candidate Profile

✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

✅ Experience in hospital/healthcare operations

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

✅ Target-oriented and result-driven approach

✅ IVF/Fertility center experience will be preferred
