Call customers for vehicle service reminders and follow-ups.

Inform customers about upcoming and due service schedules.

Generate service appointments through outbound calls.

Follow up with customers regarding pending service requirements.

Maintain customer call records and update details in Tally/CRM.

Coordinate with the Service Advisor for customer appointments.

Take customer feedback regarding service experience.

Follow up with customers after service completion.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic service-related information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Maintain accurate daily calling and follow-up reports.

Ensure valuable customer relationships and improve customer retention.
