We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who lives and breathes digital ads — someone who can blend analytics with creativity to maximize ROI across Meta and Google platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Write high-performing ad copies and CTAs, and collaborate with creatives for eye-catching visuals.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL) and share actionable insights with explicit recommendations.
- Run retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to drive remarketing results.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
- Stay on top of latest ad trends, tools, and algorithm updates.




- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements ✅

- 2–5 years of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads with measurable results.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, media buying, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.
- Hands-on with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools (a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
