About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our Mutual Fund and Financial Services operations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, client documentation, transaction follow-ups, data management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and financial service partners.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Mutual Funds, Finance, Investment Operations, and Back Office Management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day Mutual Fund back-office operations.
- Assist with client onboarding and account-related processes.
- Verify and maintain client KYC and investment documents.
- Support SIP registration, mandate processing, purchase, redemption and other transaction-related activities.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
- Update data in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM or internal systems.
- Track pending transactions and follow up for resolution.
- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, RTAs, platforms and internal teams when required.
- Assist in resolving transaction and documentation-related queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of client records.
- Support reconciliation and transaction status checking.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned operational tasks.




- Provide general administrative and back-office support.

EligibilityCandidates with the following educational background can apply:

- B.Com / M.Com
- BBA / MBA – Finance
- Any graduate with an interest in Finance and Mutual Funds

Freshers can also apply.

Candidates currently residing or studying in Pune will be preferred.

- Banking Processes
- MS Excel / Google Sheets

Previous experience in a Mutual Fund Distributor, Financial Services Company, Stock Broking Company, Bank, RTA or Investment Firm will be an added advantage.
