Job Summary

The Mall Manager is responsible for the overall operations, tenant management, customer experience, safety, maintenance, and profitability of the mall. The role involves coordinating with tenants, security, housekeeping, maintenance teams, vendors, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day mall operations and administration.

* Coordinate with retail tenants, restaurants, entertainment outlets, and other occupants.

* Ensure proper tenant relations, lease compliance, and occupancy support.

* Monitor housekeeping, security, engineering, parking, and facility management.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

* Plan and coordinate mall events, promotions, festivals, and marketing activities.

* Monitor mall revenue, operating expenses, and budgets.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

* Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, security, and statutory requirements.





* Conduct regular inspections of common areas, shops, parking, lifts, escalators, and facilities.

* Manage emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.

* Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and manpower requirements.

* Identify opportunities to improve footfall, tenant performance, and overall mall revenue.
