RenB Digital is looking for an experienced Zoho Projects Configuration Specialist to configure, customize, and optimize Zoho Projects according to our business processes and project management requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Zoho Projects dashboards, workflows, project templates, and task management .
- Create user-friendly dropdowns, filters, categories, statuses, and predefined options to simplify data entry.
- Customize dashboards and views based on departments, roles, and hierarchy .
- Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows .
- Set up basic automation to improve process efficiency.
- Create reports and dashboards for easy project and performance tracking .
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical Zoho Projects configurations.
- Test and optimize the system based on employee feedback
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects configuration and customization .
- Experience with dashboards, workflows, project templates, custom fields, and reports.
- Solid understanding of user-friendly project management systems .
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance role .
Note: This is primarily a Zoho Projects configuration and customization role , with a focus on making the system simple and easy for employees to use.
