Lubana Exim Private Limited | Export House – High-End Garments

Lubana Exim Private Limited is an export house specialising in high-end, intricately crafted garments, including heavily beaded and embellished apparel. We are looking for a Dyeing Coordinator to manage and coordinate dyeing requirements across both production and sampling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate all fabric and trim dyeing requirements for production and sampling.
- Prepare dyeing schedules based on production requirements, sampling priorities and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with external dyers, processing units and vendors on dyeing requirements and schedules.
- Ensure fabrics and trims are sent for dyeing with the correct specifications, quantities, colours and references.
- Follow up continuously on dyeing progress, expected completion and dispatch.
- Coordinate colour development, lab dips, shade matching and approvals where required.
- Maintain a clear tracker of all materials sent for dyeing, current status, expected return dates and actual receipt.
- Ensure dyed materials are received in time to prevent production or sampling delays.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Production Merchant regarding upcoming material requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production Merchant to prioritise urgent dyeing requirements based on production needs.
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams to address shade, quality or processing issues.




- Identify potential delays or capacity constraints at dyeing/processing units and take corrective action immediately.
- Manage multiple dyeing jobs simultaneously across different vendors.
- Maintain proper records of dyeing quantities, wastage, shortages, rejections and reprocessing.
- Ensure proper follow-up on rejected or off-shade lots and coordinate re-dyeing/reprocessing where necessary.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in garment manufacturing/export houses , preferably with fabric processing, dyeing or garment production.
- Practical understanding of fabric and trim dyeing and processing.
- Experience coordinating with external dyeing/processing vendors.
- Solid colour sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dyeing jobs and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be quick on their feet , proactive and capable of handling last-minute production requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good Excel and production tracking skills.
