RKMG Electricals Private Limited (Mahendra) is seeking an Account Executive to support the company's end to end operations, data management, and coordination between departments. The role ensures that orders, records, and internal documentation are processed accurately and on time, enabling smooth functioning of the sales, dispatch, and administrative teams.

Order Processing & Coordination

- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately in the system.
- Coordinate between the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments, and keep stakeholders updated.

Data & Records Management

- Maintain and update customer, vendor, and product records in the company database and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure all records and files are complete, accurate, and kept confidential.

Documentation & Billing Support

- Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.




- Verify data entries and reconcile discrepancies with the relevant teams.
- Maintain organised physical and digital filing of all business documents.

Communication & Support

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the concerned person.
- Provide back-end support to the field sales team and respond to internal queries promptly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as and when required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a back office, data entry, or operations support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with billing/ERP software.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.

** It is a six day work from office role, office location may vary as per work requirement. Work locations GIDC Makarpura & Dandiabazar.

Working Hours: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
