Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who will oversee the maintenance, safety, technical and functionality of buildings and properties. Coordinate repairs, vendor contracts, and space utilization. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee building and property maintenance and operations.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and contractors.
- Manage vendors,



service contracts, and facility-related budgets.
- Ensure health, safety, fire, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor building systems, equipment, and overall functionality.
- Manage space utilization, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
- Handle facility emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Job Details:

- Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Recent Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
