We are looking for a Bidder & Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in freelancing platforms, digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content creation and e-commerce marketplaces.

Skills Required:

Bidding & Lead Generation

- Experience with bidding on Freelancer, Upwork, Guru and other freelancing platforms
- Ability to identify relevant projects and submit targeted proposals
- Lead initiation and generation through freelancing platforms
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Positive calling capability and comfortable attending occasional/sudden client calls when required
- Basic understanding of web development/digital projects will be an advantage

Digital Marketing

- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Instagram, Facebook & Twitter/X
- Meta Ads & Google Ads/PPC
- SEO – On-Page & Off-Page
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Reel/Video Creation & Editing
- Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator




- Product Listing & Management on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms
- Prepare and submit quality, targeted bids
- Initiate communication with potential clients and generate leads
- Forward interested/qualified leads to the concerned team
- Attend client calls when required
- Assist with social media, SEO, paid advertising and other digital marketing activities
- Support content, creatives, reels and marketplace activities

Important: The primary responsibility for the bidding role is lead initiation and generation. Detailed client handling and project discussions will be managed by the concerned team.
