1. Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciliations, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting the Finance & Accounts team in regular reporting.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of SAP ERP, accounting principles, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and general accounting processes.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. General Accounting

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

· Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.

· Verify supporting documents before processing accounting entries.





· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

· Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

B. SAP Accounting

· Enter and maintain accounting transactions in SAP ERP.

· Process purchase and sales-related accounting entries in SAP.

· Create and maintain vendor/customer accounting records as per company procedures.

· Process journal vouchers and other accounting documents in SAP.

· Assist in GR/IR reconciliation and clearing activities.

· Verify purchase invoices against relevant purchase orders and goods receipt documents.

· Generate SAP reports related to vendors, customers, GL accounts, purchases, and payments.

· Identify discrepancies in SAP entries and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.

· Maintain proper accuracy and completeness of SAP accounting data.
