Deep Process Department – workflow & Basic Working JD

Basic Process Understanding:

Float Glass / Jumbo Sheet / Cutting & Shape Cutting / Grinding / Edge Processing / Washing & Cleaning / Printing / Ceramic Frit / Black Border Printing / Coating – if applicable / Tempering / Heat Treatment / Inspection & Quality Check / Packing & Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate assigned glass processing machines as per SOP.

* Handle glass sheets safely during processing.

* Operate and monitor machines related to grinding, washing, printing, coating and tempering, as assigned.

* Verify glass size and thickness as per the production plan before processing.

* Monitor machine parameters during production.





* Identify defects such as scratches, chips, cracks, stains, printing defects and edge damage.

* Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks.

* Maintain production and quality records.

* Follow all safety procedures while handling glass and operating machinery.

* Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards.

* Immediately inform the Supervisor/Engineer in case of machine abnormalities or quality deviations.

* Achieve daily production targets while maintaining the required quality standards.
