DRIP CREAMS – STAFF JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Store / Ice Cream StaffWe are looking for a hardworking, responsible and customer-friendly team member who can handle daily store operations and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve soft serve, ice creams, shakes and other Drip Creams products as per our standards.
- Operate and handle the ice cream/soft-serve machine properly.
- Clean the soft-serve machine and other equipment regularly and correctly.
- Maintain complete store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day.
- Clean tables, counters, floors and other areas of the store.
- Wash and clean all utensils, glasses, containers and equipment.
- Immediately throw away any food/product that has been eaten or touched by a customer. Never reuse it.
- Keep the kitchen, serving area and storage area clean and organised.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Assist customers politely and provide positive service.




- Help with any other store-related work whenever required.
- Never say “No” to reasonable work. Everyone is expected to work as a team and help wherever needed.
- Follow instructions given by the store manager/owner.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions4 weekly offs per month
- Shift timings as assigned by management.
- Staff may be required to handle different responsibilities depending on the store's requirements.
- This is a hands-on job and requires active participation in cleaning, preparation, serving and store operations.
