Hiring: Site Supervisor – Recruitment & Manpower

? Location: Kosamba, Gujarat

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

? Qualification: 12th Pass

? Gender: Male

? Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle manpower hiring and recruitment for site requirements
- Source and mobilize candidates as per manpower targets
- Manage workers and daily manpower deployment
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism and shift allocation
- Handle employee queries and site-level issues
- Coordinate with Plant HR and Head Office
- Maintain daily manpower and attendance reports
- Ensure timely replacement of employees who leave
- Maintain discipline and proper work allocation

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and manpower-handling skills
- Ability to recruit and mobilize manpower
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and attendance
- Staffing/contractual manpower experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and leadership skills can apply
