We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Workshop Lead to conduct Financial Literacy Workshops for children across government schools in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging workshops in Hindi for children
• Manage and supervise a team of 3
• Coordinate and schedule workshops with schools, with guidance from our Agra Head Office
• Maintain workshop records, data and reporting
• Coordinate regularly with the Head Office in Agra
We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves working with children and wants to create meaningful impact
• Is confident, energetic and comfortable addressing groups of children
• Has excellent command over Hindi and a strong command over English for skilled coordination
• Is organised, responsible and comfortable managing a small team
• Is familiar with Google Sheets, email and basic digital reporting
• Is comfortable travelling locally to schools across Lucknow
Experience in education, teaching, training, NGOs or school coordination is preferred.
