Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for counselling, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and guide prospective students.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable Yoga Teacher Training programs, following up with leads, and converting qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand students' goals, interests, and requirements and recommend suitable Yoga Teacher Training programs.

• Clearly explain course details, curriculum, benefits, fees, schedules, eligibility, and admission procedures.

• Handle student enquiries and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the counselling and admission journey.

• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments and consistently work towards admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling interactions, and conversions using Google Sheets/CRM.

• Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

• Provide a professional and positive experience to every prospective student while representing the values of YogKulam.





• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of YogKulam's courses, Yoga Teacher Training programs, certifications, and related services.

• Provide timely support to students and parents from the initial enquiry through completion of the admission process.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Prior experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

• Passion or interest in Yoga, wellness, education, or personal development will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Other Requirements

• Must have a smartphone with an extra SIM slot.

Salary & Incentives

Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives. Freshers may be considered from ₹12,000, while experienced candidates may be offered up to ₹18,000 depending on relevant experience.
