Provide prompt, polite, and professional service while following restaurant service standards.

Regularly refill and maintain the table caddy with all required items.

Ensure all cutlery and crockery are clean, polished, and free from stains before serving.





Provide guests with a clean and presentable menu and replace damaged or unclean menus immediately.

Learn the complete menu, including item names, ingredients, basic descriptions, and service procedures.

Understand and remember the correct garnish and presentation requirements for each applicable dish.

Maintain proper personal hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely guest service.

Maintain a positive attitude and respond to guest requests quickly and courteously.
