Job Description:
Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join our team for a non-voice backend process. The role involves reviewing client documents, processing information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting U.S. tax-related operations. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process client information and supporting documents.
- Accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in internal systems.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist with U.S. tax-related backend processes as per company guidelines.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with the relevant team for clarification.
- Maintain proper documentation and client records.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards,
and data confidentiality requirements.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Managers when required.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Valuable written English and basic communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, or taxation is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Willingness to learn U.S. tax processes and company-specific procedures.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
