WE’RE HIRING – HOME LOAN SALES MANAGER

Position: Home Loan Sales Manager

Product: Home Loan / LAP (Loan Against Property)

Vertical: DSA / DST

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary Budget: Up to ₹3.75LPA

Age Limit: Up to 38 years

CIBIL Score: 600+

Job Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for Home Loans and LAP/Mortgage Loans.

- Source business through DSA & DST channels.

- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.

- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

- Collect and verify required customer and property documents.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and channel partners.
