Job Title: PCB Soldering & BOM Optimization Engineer/Technician and Fitter

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform PCB soldering, component replacement, rework, and basic PCB assembly.
- Identify electronic components and verify part numbers as per the BOM.
- Cross-check BOM part numbers, component values, packages, ratings, and specifications.
- Identify suitable alternative components based on availability, cost, package, and electrical specifications.
- Support BOM optimization and cost reduction activities.
- Check component availability and coordinate with the purchase team for required components.
- Read and understand circuit diagrams, schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
- Perform through-hole (THT) and SMD soldering/rework.
- Inspect assembled PCBs for soldering defects, component orientation, shorts, and missing components.
- Support prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering modifications.




- Maintain proper component and PCB records.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of electronic components and their part numbers.
- Hands-on experience with SMD and through-hole soldering.
- Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of component packages such as 0603, 0805, SOT-23, SOIC, QFN, etc.
- Basic understanding of voltage, current, power ratings, and component selection.
- Valuable attention to detail and documentation skills.

Position 2: ITI Fitter

- Mechanical fitting and assembly
- Wiring/harness assembly
- Drilling, cutting, mounting and basic fabrication
- Mechanical installation of electrical/electronic assemblies
- Basic inspection and maintenance
- Follow drawings, dimensions and safety procedures
