Position: Media & Podcast Journalist / Content & Media Executive

Job Description (JD):

* Research and prepare podcast topics, questions, and suggested answers before each episode.

* Conduct research on guests, industries, current topics, and relevant news.

* Prepare interview scripts, talking points, and briefing notes for the host/guest.

* Handle all media-related content and coordination for podcasts, interviews, and other media activities.

* Conduct or assist with journalistic interviews and gather relevant information.

* Write podcast scripts, interview questions, captions, articles, press notes, and other media content.

* Coordinate with guests regarding schedules, topics, questions, and required information.

* Stay updated with current affairs, industry trends, news, and social-media trends.

* Work with the production team to ensure smooth podcast recording and publishing.





* Review recorded content and suggest important clips/highlights for social media.

* Coordinate with the social-media/content team for promotion of podcast episodes.

* Maintain proper research notes, guest profiles, and interview documentation.

* Ensure content is accurate, engaging, professional, and fact-checked.

Skills & Experience

- Strong research, writing & communication skills
- Experience in media, journalism, podcasting or content creation
- Knowledge of current affairs, trends & social media
- Ability to create interview questions, scripts & content
- Robust fact-checking, coordination & teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Basic understanding of podcast production and digital media
