Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive online marketing and lead-generation activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, social media, digital content, and performance analytics to support business and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Generate quality real estate leads while monitoring CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage social media pages and coordinate engaging content for projects, offers, launches, and events.
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, SEO, and digital lead-generation funnels.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, design, content,



and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Support WhatsApp, email, remarketing, and other customer-engagement campaigns.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; real estate experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Positive understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Basic Canva/design skills will be an advantage.
