About us

Our family has been in glass and plywood since the mid-1960s and was among the first in the trade in Bangalore. Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods, set up in 2001, processes and fabricates architectural glass: toughened and laminated glass, shower partitions, glass blocks, bevelled and LED mirrors, and plywood. We work from three units in Bommanahalli and supply architects, interior designers, builders and fabricators across Bengaluru.

The role

You will own our key accounts and bring in current specifiers - getting Nirmaan glass written into drawings at the design stage and taking each order through quote, site measurement, delivery and payment. You will work alongside our field sales team and guide them on bigger projects.

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, facade and aluminium fabricators, and fit-out contractors

• Get products specified early: meet designers, present samples, suggest glass types and thicknesses

• Prepare quotations with correct sizes, rates and processing charges, and negotiate within our terms

• Coordinate site measurements,



production and dispatch so customers get what was promised

• Collect payments. We work on advance or 15-20 day credit, and you are accountable for collections as well as orders

• Report daily visits, pipeline and orders, and support the field sales executives on large projects

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in B2B sales of building materials: glass, aluminium, facades, plywood/laminates, hardware, sanitaryware or tiles

• An existing network of architects, designers or contractors in Bengaluru

• Comfortable reading drawings, taking measurements and doing quotation arithmetic

• Kannada and English needed; Hindi a plus

• Own two-wheeler (or car) and a valid licence

• Graduate preferred

Salary

Rs 35,000 - 50,000 per month fixed, based on experience, plus 30% incentive.
